Þ Basic Organizational knowledge for summer school programmes

Þ Transferable Skills for summer school personnel

Þ Entrepreneurial skills in summer school programme

Þ Only for Administrative Staff (a) Becoming a Digital Summer School Specialist (b) What are the marketing and communication skills you need the most?

Now, the partners are going to organize a validation workshop with a panel of 4-6 experts in order to discuss, review and validate the key findings of the training needs analysis so as to make the SumHEIS training efforts effective and efficient, and in line with the actual needs of the staff, who is going to design and run Summer School Programmes.
